Ikan Bakar Dalam Daun Pisang

Fungsi: Ketuhar Mikro & Pemanggang.

Bahan-bahan Utama:
2 ekor Ikan Cencaru digores kulit.
5 biji bawang merah dihiris.
3 sudu besar pes cili.
50g kelapa segar ditumbuk sedikit.
2 sudu besar minyak masak.
Daun kunyit dihiris.
2 keping daun pisang.

A:
Garam dan lada sulah.
1/4 sudu teh stok ikan bilis.

Cara-cara:

  1. Goreng bawang merah, pes cili dan Bahan A dengan sedikit minyak masak sehingga wangi selama 3 minit pada INSTANT COOK/START.
  2. Masukkan kelapa dan daun kunyit.
  3. Sumbat dan gosok keseluruhan ikan dengan campuran yang telah dimasak. Balut dengan daun pisang.
  4. letak bungkusan ikan di atas rak tinggi dan tekan AUTO GRILL atau panggang selama 15 minit dengan menggunakan CONVECTION pada tahap 250 C.

Grilled Fish in Banana Leaves (English Version)

Function: Microwave & Grill.

Main Ingredients:
2 pcs ikan cencaru, scored.
5 shallots, sliced.
3 tbsp chilli paste.
50g fresh coconut, slightly pounded.
2 tbsp cooking oil.
Tumeric leaf, sliced.
2 pcs banana leaves.

A:
Salt and pepper.
1/4 sp ikan bilis stock granules.

Methods:

  1. Fry shallots, chilli paste and ingredient A with oil till fragrant for 3 minutes on INSTANT COOK/START.
  2. Add coconut and tumeric leaf.
  3. Stuff and rub fish all over with mixture. Wrap in banana leaves.
  4. Place on high rack and press AUTO GRILL or grill in preheated over for 15 minutes on CONVECTION at 250 C.
  5. Serve.

Sugar Dough Crust

Sugar Dough Crust:
200g softened salted butter.
100g icing sugar.
1 egg.

Ingredients B:
380g plain flour.
1 tbsp vanilla essence.

Method:

  • Beat butter and icing sugar until well combined. Add in egg and bear well.
  • Lastly add in flour and vanilla and mix into dpugh.
  • Press dough onto a 8″/20cm round springform pan and prick some holes with fork. Bake at 150-160 C until golden brown.
  • (Can makes 3 sugar dough crusts for 8″ pan)

    Baked Strawberry Cheese Cake

    Sugar Dough Crust:
    1 portion (250g) sugar dough.

    Strawberry Cheese Filling:
    250g softened cream cheese.
    70g icing sugar.
    60g strawberry jam.
    1 tbsp strawberry oil.
    1 egg.
    1 tbsp lemon juice.

    Method:

    1. Sugar Dough Crush: Press sugar dough evenly onto bottom of a 7″/17.5cm square loose base tin and prick some holes by using fork. Bake at 160 C until golden brown. Remove and leave to cool.
    2. Strawberry Cheese Filling: Beat cream cheese and icing sugar at low speed until smooth. Add in strawberry jam, oil and mix well. Add in egg, lemon juice and mix well.
    3. Pour cheese mixture onto crust and bake at 160 C for 30 minutes.
    4. Let cake cool in the oven with hea off for 1 hour. Chill in the fridge for 6 hours or overnight before serving.
